I took it to an Asurion, they told me it was going to be fixed within 2 hours. I showed back up 4 hours later, and they told me the motherboard was broken and they'd overnight a replacement and have it fixed by 4pm the next day. 4 days later, I got a text that my phone was fixed. At least it was all covered under that 1 year repair program.
Asurion/UBIF can't sell them. ifixit partnered with Samsung to sell genuine parts. Unfortunately, they currently don't have batteries listed for the note 20 ultra. Blame Sprint not Asurion, Sprint provides the replacement devices to Asurion directly for fulfillment Asurion only fulfills with these devices and does not actually refurbish anything for Sprint.
