This place gives new employees the worst sections and 3 days out of the week I would only get 1 or 2 tables a day. The other 2 days of the week I would have either 0 tables or do private dining where it was 3 servers taking care of 20 people and you'd split the tip so no matter what you do or how awesome of a server you are, they will not help you succeed.
