Had the day off to look at the bayou. Poured less than an once of oil in the cylinder to trie help the compression. I turned it over a few revolutions and let it sit for 2 hrs to do it thing. Went to try to start it and it still wouldn't fire, although it did have more exhaust sound than before.

Reinstall plug and crank with the throttle cracked about 1/3rd to ½ open. It sounds like you may be getting too much fuel. If you've got fuel, spark and compression then you should have a running engine.
